The Program

Four pillars for young women becoming leaders.

Every workshop, workbook quarter and badge at PMPYG traces back to one of these four pillars. Together they cover the things young women are usually left to figure out alone.

Financial Literacy

Prepare young people for financial responsibility — the knowledge and habits for saving, responsible spending, and borrowing for sound reasons.

  • Saving and budgeting challenges she designs herself
  • Credit, debt and borrowing for sound reasons
  • Earning, giving and planning for what matters to her

Career Goals

Career exploration, entrepreneurship, and life-planning skills through developmentally appropriate opportunities and awareness.

  • Career exploration and entrepreneurship basics
  • Vision boards, goal trackers and education plans
  • Interview, résumé and self-presentation practice

Happy Homes

Model positive behavior and encourage family support. Emphasize the outcome of a strong family bond.

  • Respect, routine and communication at home
  • Guardians included, not sidelined
  • One positive change she carries into daily life

Healthy Relationships

Integrity, honesty, and communication. Bring awareness to unhealthy situations, set boundaries, and encourage self-respect.

  • Naming unhealthy patterns early
  • Boundaries and self-respect she can practice
  • Conflict she works through instead of around

The Workbook

Four quarters she fills in herself.

Members get a fillable workbook inside their private portal. Each quarter unlocks once the one before it is complete, so nobody skips ahead.
